Pivoting is hard but so worth it!

Hey Reader],

As a business owner, you understand how overwhelming it can feel to do "all the things." You have to tackle social media, networking, podcast interviews, and your other business tasks. I had been there for the last 9 months.

After working with a coach that didn’t align with me, I needed a break to let go of the failure I experienced and regain clarity.

Setting SMART goals was a great way to re-organize my life and start tackling the important things with my business. I wanted to go back to making meaningful connections and help people. Aligning my business in a way that feels right to me and setting SMART goals has been a game-changer.

I’ve helped my clients build brands that connect with their communities, earn grants that would fund operations for two full-years, and sell out their products.

It has been the best feeling because the reality is that I started my business to help people and make a living. I was tired of working for businesses with poor company culture or paid me pennies while they made billions.

Pivoting your business in a way that feels right to you is something you’ll have to take time to reflect on. No coach or business guru can tell you what your purpose is.

Once you’re ready, setting SMART goals can help you achieve your new goals! Be sure to subscribe to my new YouTube Channel. Next week, we’ll discuss "Is it time to pivot your business?"
